Dubai is set to host the first edition of Slice DXB, a dedicated pizza festival taking place on Friday November 6 and Saturday November 7 at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre.

Fourteen pizza vendors have been confirmed for the inaugural edition, spanning a wide range of styles — from classic Neapolitan pies to well-known chains such as Papa John's, Domino's and Pizza Express, alongside names like Freedom Pizza, Rossovivo Artisan Pizza and Mamma Italia.

Entry is priced at Dhs50 for adults, Dhs25 for those under 21, while children under five get in free.

The festival isn't just about the food. Six carnival-style tents will feature pizza-themed takes on games such as bingo, Jenga and a box ball race, and the event will also include live music, DJ sets and entertainment aimed at visitors of all ages.

Organisers have billed it as Dubai's first event of its kind, and with its mix of vendors and side activities, it is expected to draw strong interest from families and food lovers alike.
